Want to workout with like-minded local women? Enjoy fun group exercise classes?
If so, this class is for you! A friendly group class focussing on functional exercises for busy women! Please note for any Mumas: whilst exercises can be adapted to suit Mums who are not yet back to high impact exercise, it is recommended to come to this class only when some exercise has already commenced post having a baby. A typical 45 minute class will include:
Warm up & mobilisations.
Main workout involving resistance work and cardio
Cool down and stretch
Sessions run in blocks (“terms”) so everyone can get to know one another, and you will have the best chance of getting results! If you would like to start the term midway through, please contact me direct via the online form or via social media DMs. We do have a PAYG option too if you prefer - please book on 12 hours prior to class where possible - there is a 24h cancellation policy with PAYG (see T&Cs for more details). Important notes:
You must fill out a pre-screening questionnaire prior to class.
For Mumas - it is recommended you only come to this class once you have already started some rehab or exercise post birth as this is not a rehab centred class.
Participants are asked to bring to class their own exercise mat (or something to lie on), a long resistance band and small loop resistance band
