Welcome from Sophie Heath

My mission is to support women to keep active and eating well through all phases of their lives - pregnancy, post natal, peri menipause and beyond. We all know exercise and good nutrition is important, but doing is alone isn't always easy so I am here to be by your side and help you thrive! I’m here to help you do more of what makes you feel good in an enjoyable, effective and accessible way so finding that healthy balance becomes the norm and you are left feeling happy and energised to live life. Nutrition coaching

I run regular nutrition support groups - 4-6 week blocks to kick start your eating habits - including a whatsapp accountability support group, meal & snack ideas, weekly tips and advice from a registered nutritionist and goal setting. The Return to Movement 6-week plan

The Return to Movement plan is an online 6-week progressive exercise plan designed by a specialist in post natal fitness to help you feel confident with your initial return to exercising after having a baby. It is endorsed by women's health physiotherpist and involves 3 two-weekly blocks of workouts from Pilates-stlye workouts to resistance band workouts, low impact cardio and stretch videos, each slowly progressing you to the next level. On top of that you get a day-by-day 6 week guide plan as well as tutorials on key post natal topics every new Mum should know about. Click the button to find out more!
